SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

Platinum sponsor: 2500 €

  • 5-minute talk in plenary session*
  • Booth in the exhibition area
  • Logo featured in the program book and on the event website, along with a full-page advertisement in the program book
  • Documentation included in the conference bag

Gold sponsor: 1500 €

  • Booth in the exhibition area
  • Logo featured in the program book and on the event website, along with a half-page advertisement in the program book
  • Documentation included in the conference bag

Silver sponsor: 500 €

  • Logo featured in the program book and on the event website
  • Documentation included in the conference bag

All sponsoring companies, regardless of selected sponsorship level, will have their logo displayed in a slideshow during the opening and closing remarks, as well as during coffee breaks, lunches and poster sessions.

Please note that no VAT is applicable. All prices indicated above are net amounts.

*Due to the schedule of the meeting, the number of slots for sponsor talks is limited. Consequently, Platinum sponsorship will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

ACCESS AND REGISTRATION FOR COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES 

Exhibition area only

The Platinum and Gold sponsorship packages include access to the exhibition area only, for up to two company representatives per booth. This includes coffee breaks and lunches. Access to scientific sessions, hotel accommodation and social activities (Welcome dinner, Gala dinner, Guided tour…) are not included in the sponsorship packages.

Full company registration

Company representatives wishing to have full access to the congress, including the exhibition area, scientific sessions, hotel accommodation and social activities (Welcome dinner, Gala dinner, Guided tour…) must register separately and pay the company registration fee of 550 € per person.
