Abstract should be submitted in MS Word format and named as follows: MG-ERC2025-(talk-or-poster)-name-firstname

The abstracts should be sent to: mgerc2025@unamur.be

The type of presentation (talk / poster) should be mentioned in the title of the email.

Selection process

Abstracts will be reviewed and any abstract that was submitted for consideration as an oral communication, but was unsuccessful in that regard, will be considered as a poster.

Please note that the presenting author must register in full to attend and present the abstract.

For the oral communications, the authors will be notified by 01 july 2025.

Deadline

Abstracts for poster should be submitted by 01 july 2025.
